The former building of the Bruckner University in Linz is empty and waiting to
be pulled down. In this case, being empty means that the signs of daily life are
lacking. There are, however,signs of the erstwhile University bustling: remains
of the inventory, odd pieces of furniture and diverse objects of daily life.
For the series “After All”, these found objects were sculpturally staged in
prominent places on site. Stripped from their original function, they enter into
new roles. With playful approach is held photographically what is left when
all is gone.
